Starting in February 2020, TopHAT is proudly a division of Atlas Logistics. With this acquisition we have expanded our coverage across the United States and Canada encompassing over 500 warehouses.
Atlas Logistics has been in business for 70 years- They provide a total logistics solution from origin to destination with the Atlas fleet, a 3pl network, warehousing solutions, and installation.
This now allows TopHAT to operate with the nimbleness of a small company, but the backing of a billion-dollar corporation.
We are excited about this partnership and how it is allowing us to expand our reach with our customers.

Meet our Team
Steve Trensch- President and General Manager
Steve Trensch is one of the three original owners of TopHAT and started this company when he had a vision of creating a home delivery brokerage company with customer service being top priority. Since graduating from St Mary’s University in 1987, he has been in the white glove/final mile industry working on both the warehouse and home delivery side of the business. With over 30 years of experience, Steve has worked in both client (Ashley Furniture) and 3rd party provider companies (Merchants, Exel, TNT, and Affinity Logistics), allowing him to bring skills and expertise from his roles to create a culture of customer service first within TopHAT.
As President, Steve plans on growing TopHAT by providing excellent service at an affordable price. With long standing relationships with Costco, Conn’s, Room and Board, Grand, ABT, Macy’s, AM Trucking, La-Z-Boy, Mattress Firm, Wayfair, and Ferguson, TopHAT will continue to provide the best customer service in the country.
Elizabeth Grace – HR Manager
Elizabeth started with TopHAT in 2016 as a Corporate Office Assistant doing a little bit of everything from AP, AR, travel arrangements, and general reception for the company. As TopHAT grew, she was able to grow into a more specific role as the H.R. Manager, and has been in the H.R. role specifically since 2018. Her background is in administrative services and helps keep this TopHAT train moving. She is a mom to three boys, wife of 7 years to her husband Michael, and together they like to spend family time camping, hiking and hunting.
