TopHAT, Division of Atlas Logistics
Starting in February 2020, TopHAT is proudly a division of Atlas Logistics. With this acquisition we have expanded our coverage across the States and Canada with additional 500 warehouses.
Atlas Logistics has been in business for 70 years- They provide a total logistics solution from origin to destination with the Atlas fleet, a 3pl network, warehousing solutions, and installation.
This now allows TopHAT to operate with the nimbleness of a small company, but the backing of a billion-dollar corporation.

Meet our Team
Steve Trensch- President and General Manager
Steve Trensch is one of the three original owners of TopHAT and started this company when he had a vision of creating a home delivery company with customer service being top priority. Since graduating St Mary’s University in 1987, he has been in the white glove/final mile industry working on both the warehouse and home delivery side of the business. With over 30 years of experience, Steve has worked in both client (Ashley Furniture) and 3rd party provider companies (Merchants, Exel, TNT, and Affinity Logistics), and he brought skills and expertise from his roles to create a culture of customer service first within TopHAT.
As President, Steve plans on growing TopHAT by provide excellent service at an affordable price. With long standing relationships with Amazon, Conn’s, Innovel, Wayfair and others TopHAT will continue to provide the best customer service in the country.
Rob Rader – Vice President of Sales
Rob is directly responsible for all outside sales, new business development and overall company growth. He has been a key component in TopHAT’s retail delivery expansion from the company’s inception.
Rob began his professional career starting as a package handler and worked his way up to a Regional operations specialist for several multimillion dollar logistic companies. Once he transitioned to TopHAT, this has allowed him to specialize in customer relations, and helped establish TopHAT as a leading logistics company. Due in part to his relationships with many nationwide retail owners, TopHAT continues to exceed expectations.
Experience obtained over the years has proven to be invaluable and has helped build the base of Rob’s business philosophy.
Courtney Riess – Vice President of Corporate Administration
Courtney Riess has been part of the TopHAT team since 2010 and has held many different positions within the organization, including human resources, account manager, and corporate office manager. In January of 2019, she accepted the Vice President position and is responsible for ensuring all corporate functions not only operate efficiently, but also continue to evolve to match the ever-changing demands of the home delivery service industry. With her experience as a corporate manager for a nationwide furniture retailer, degree in business management and senior human resources certification, she has a vast knowledge of the functions necessary to ensure TopHAT remains one of the most competitive and fastest growing in home delivery companies throughout the United States.
Wes Keasler – Vice President of Operations
Wesley Keasler (Wes) is a Vice President of Operations for TopHAT Logistical Solutions. Wes is directly responsible and accountable for the operations, P&L’s, staffing, coaching and mentoring of both his employees and contractors. Previously with TopHAT Logistical Solutions, he was Director of Operations, and was directly responsible for all operations within his region. He was critical in changing the culture and performance within his area of responsibility, elevating them above client standards. He is a key component in the success of all the locations under his control as well as TopHAT Logistical Solutions as a whole.
Prior to his promotion to DOO, Wes was a Regional Operations Manager over HHGregg and Mattress Firm accounts, and started with TopHAT as the Operations Manager in St. Louis. Wes grew his area of business by over 75% in 2 years by providing outstanding leadership and service to his clients. Prior to TopHAT, Wes came from another 3PL company where he was a successful Operations Manager, developing and driving that location to the top of the nation there as well. Due to the relationships that were built with his employees, clients and independent contractors, Wes became a great asset to TopHAT.
As a retired Army NCO, Wes understands how structure and standards are critical for success. His focus on developing leaders at every level is what drives their success. His knowledge, leadership, experience and continuous improvement motivates his team to excel in their own positions and strive to reach the next level. His philosophy of taking care of the customer at every aspect of the operation drives performance and excels locations to the next level, making TopHAT an elite 3rd Party Logistics Operation.
Elizabeth Grace – HR Manager
Elizabeth started with TopHAT in 2016 as a Corporate Office Assistant doing a little bit of everything from AP, AR, travel arrangements, and general reception for the company. As TopHAT grew, she was able to grow into a more specific role as the H.R. Manager, and has been in the H.R. role specifically since 2018. Her background is in administrative services and helps keep this TopHAT train moving. She is a mom to three boys, wife of 7 years to her husband Michael, and together they like to spend family time camping, hiking and hunting.
