We know that we did not invent the delivery process, but we believe, that through our individual experiences and achievements, we have come together and perfected it. 

TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC is a company comprised of three owners with over 50 years of combined nationwide logistics, delivery, and warehousing experience. Our mission statement is two simple words: CUSTOMER SERVICE.


EXPERIENCE:
The owners of TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC have overseen the delivery, transportation and warehousing operations for many large companies in various capacities from front line supervision to regional direction. These companies include Sears, The RoomPlace at Harlem Furniture, TNT Logistics, Cory 1st Choice Home Delivery; Affinity Logistics, Metro Air Cargo, B&H Systems, Bloomingdales, Macys, Ashley Furniture, Wickes, John M. Smyth's Homemakers (owned by Rhodes Furniture), Cort Furniture Rental, Brook Furniture Rental, Carson Pirie Scott, Bergners, Boston Store, and GE. We did not invent the delivery process; however, we believe that through our experiences we have perfected it. We know what the customer wants and that is friendly, on time, professional, experienced, hassle free delivery. We also recognize that our client is our customer and their needs are the same as their customers' needs with the addition of a fair price from their business relationships. Our job is not finished until our customer and yours are completely satisfied.

COVERAGE AREA:
TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC has nationwide operating authority with DOT #, ILCC#, MC #, and BOC3#. Having authority in all 48 contiguous states, we have the ability to cover nationwide operations. Our corporate office is located in the Chicago metropolitan area which allows the company quick nationwide travel.

DELIVERY TEAMS:
In order to maintain our integrity and the safety of our clients and customers each member of our delivery teams has a thorough background check and drug screen done. The driver of the team also has a motor vehicle record check and a department of transportation medical examination. Randomly, throughout their career with our company, our delivery personnel have to repeat this process in its entirety.

APPEARANCE:
Our delivery teams are always in complete uniform, displaying the TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC logo and employee ID badge at all times. We will also proudly display your company's logo as we make our daily deliveries. Our delivery teams wear shoe covers at every stop (for in home deliveries), are clean-shaven, and not permitted to wear jewelry or have visible offensive tattoos while working. We know that you can only make one first impression; we want it to be great.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK:
We cannot stress enough that customer service is our main priority and focus. At every location, we implement a customer survey system allowing customers to comment on their overall delivery experience. We know our service is a direct reflection on your company and we will always have our customer's best interest in mind. You will not be disappointed!
